About the Work

This new NFT artwork by Recycle Group pictures a digital landscape. The surface of cracked soil appears to be breathing. This effect was also used in a physical installation at the artists’ first solo museum show at The Multimedia Art Museum in Moscow in 2012. Their intention to breathe life into plastic or digital earth comes from their interest in entangled intelligence and sensitivity. In the video, the camera is shown going through the heated breathing earth, through the human body that reflects the world around it into a neuron structure of artificial intelligence which is seen as a new stage of civilization.
